Is saying that voters have spent the country into recession diversion from the govt spending on war?

It seems unlikely to me that household personal debt could collapse an economy. A large part of all mortgage debt is secured against a property. However a war just spends trillions.
To say that a war creates employment is just what an arms manufacturer wants you to. We need to have shelter and eat to exist – not shoot people in the head.
In my opinion telling a country that a large percentage of it’s people are too dumb to manage their own finances is a fob off for government ineptitude.

OK so a short back history to help you see where I am with my debt.
- 10k in Student loans(way behind payments because they don’t seem to get the money?..
- 3 K – Dad- helping me get passed my troubled years of trying to make it on my own and failing…
-3 K for a loan taken out by my boyfriend so we could move..out of state.. this is not due yet but will be soon.
I also have a car about 15K (in my dads name ) this is not a must to have a Consolidation loan for but I would like to add it in that is current on payments but I would like to pay it off with a loan that I can repay with out it being in his name as he would like it no longer to be after this year.
I have been at my job for 5 months now that I have moved and I make enough to have a few hundred per month in loan payments but I want to clear it all up with one new loan so im not “behind”
Every one seems to know something about helping with debt but I don’t have any credit card debt … I need to know how to Take out a loan to fix this SO I can have the car in my name.. and pay off my student loans with a company that dose not jerk me around so I can handle it.
If any one has any insight on this issue I would REALLY REALLY be thankful for your help.

My credit is ok and i am not delinquent on anything and never have been. The only reason its not perfect is because of my amount of debt. Is this going to hold me back? Please only answer if you know the answer. Thank you.

I’ve requested a debt collector to quit calling my workplace, however they continue to not only call, but now they are requesting my supervisor which could get me fired. They are telling me that they can legally talk to him despite me telling them that he doesn’t allow personal calls because they need to verify information. Is this true? And how can I make them quit calling my job?

Hi.
Well my mom is getting blamed for 6 thousand dollars, in a fraud that wasn’t her fault, from a check. But my mom didn’t do it, and she doesn’t have 6 thousand dollars to give to the bank.
How much would it cost to file for personal bankruptcy?
And what are the legal issues here? Like, from what time of day is the bank allowed to call my house? Are they allowed to leave messages? At what point does it become harassment??

I went on line last night and found out $2,500 was withdrawn from my checking account which let me with only $250. I thought someone had stolen my information and stole money from my account. It was Saturday night and I couldn;t reach anyone at the bank which was terrifying. When I called in the morning, I was told that the bank had collected a business credit card debt but I would have to call back tomorrow because nobody is there on the weekend. I did speak to smeone who said it was possible through some Offset Program. I researched it and found that the offset program relates to the IRS or child support neither of which relate to me. The business was my husbands which we closed over ayear ago and they took money from our shared checking account. Now all the checks I wote will bounce because all the money was withdrawn from my account without any prior notification. IS THIS LEGAL??????

i work in Macau casino as a pit manager and i’m in debts with the loan shark.as for that i wish that i can find a personal loan so that i can clear the debts,as for i want to continue with my career here in Macau. i’ve been trying to ask for the bank for the personal loan but they said as for i am not the local resident ,i need to look for a guarantor. and now they are pushing me to an end of my life. i hope to find a bank which can approve my application for the loan.

In any other nation, wich would have 4 times its annual tax income as national debt, a personal debt of 40% of its annual average (beside mortgage) and not much industrie other the Big Oil and Military to speak of, the population would hang their politicians on the next tree. Instead here, we discuss everything but. Are we brainwashed?
