I have a large amount of debt, some but not much has gone into her restaurant. All of my debt is more than 6 months old, can I file bankruptcy and it not affect her business?

say they have the amount in their account, how does the ower pay back the credit card company, in what form? check , cash? any safety procedures?

I was browsing thew the internet on how to get a grant and there are a lot of websites that gurantees you a grant for paying bills, getting out of debt, paying rent etc…Is it a spam??

I am concerned because some say they can garnish my wages; others say they can seize an asset, or two. However, I’ve also been told they can only put a lien on my home and nothing more. Could I go to jail? What can they legally do to me? Can they take my home or personal property? Or just mess my credit up more than it already is? And to boot, we offered to settle this debt with them 14-months ago, they refused to put anything in writing and we never heard from them again, until Friday; right before Christmas!

I am in a bind for money and was wondering if there is any LEGIT company that offers loans for bad credit? I am looking for 7-9 thousand but have found a lot of scams with “lenders” asking for money up front.
