My husbands ex wife’s (who is dead now) family is suing us for the items that I purchased my son and I want to keep here at my home for when he comes to visit. I bought him an xbox and an electric guitar and have my receipts.We just got the warrant in debt. Can they win? I paid for them and feel they should stay here with me so he can them to play with when I get visitation. please help!
