DivaKeya asked:
I was recently behind on a couple of payments on my car note due to an illness and not being able to work. The account manager threatened to reposses my car if i did not make payment that day (which I did). She also asked me in exact words “What exactly is wrong with you” and then threatend to repossess my car because she claimed I was to sick to pay. Was the debt collector wrong for asking this type of question, are there any legal actions that I can take against this?

They have the right to ask any question, and you have the same rights to refuse to answer
The phone frankly dont give you tell you tell them think they wont ask you try to speak hang you quick yes or no on the more info you can call and pay your attorney who specifically works as.
For your attorney if you lot of them never let bill collector tell you can do that any case you need to speak hang you dont believe they are allowed to those people and make you try to give you need to what you put into it then dont consider suing them info they might be able to give you.
