My spouse received a summons that needs a response in 20 days. This is a Personal card of that spouse only and it is demanding $14,000 for a past due debt. To make it worse this spouse has no job or income to make another arrangement. What does this mean to the other spouse? We live in MN and I have paid all the house payments for 10 years but both names are on the title.
The spouse owns nothing else at this time.
